🚚 Birdie Hair & Skincare Shipping Info

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your Birdie goodies — and we’re just as excited to send them your way! Here’s how our shipping and pickup process works so you know exactly what to expect.

💌 Order Processing

Good things take time (but not too much time!).
Please allow 2 business days for us to lovingly pack your order. You’ll receive an email within those 2 days confirming that your order is on the way — so keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder too, just in case).

🛍️ Store Pickup

Prefer to grab your order in person? We love that!
You can pick up your Birdie order from our studio at:

9/5 Kolora Rd, Heidelberg West, VIC 3081

Pickup days and times: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

9:30am to 4:00pm

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection, so hold off until you get the go-ahead.

📦 Shipping Options

We ship across Australia and worldwide using Australia Post. Orders are generally sent out within 2 business days of purchase.

Australia

Standard Shipping: $9.95 | 2–6 business days
Express Shipping: $21.95 | 1–3 business days

Free standard shipping on Aussie orders over $120 (because who doesn’t love a little freebie?).

New Zealand

Standard Shipping: $33.00 | 4–7 business days

📬 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out.

If your order arrives damaged or something’s not quite right, email us at info@birdiehair.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right.

If you’d like to return an unused item in its original condition, we’re happy to refund the full order amount (minus shipping).
