To help keep spaces available and accomodate our clients needs, Birdie now requires a deposit for all services booked for new clients. You will receive an invoice following your online booking with instructions on paying via direct debit or credit card over the phone. The deposit will either be $50 or $100 depending on the service. Please make this deposit available, otherwise we cannot hold the booking. The deposit is non refundable for 'no show' clients and cancellations made with less than 48 hrs notice.

Add anything you need to tell us in the appointment notes.
Your appointment is then booked.
You will then receive push notifications (opt in) reminding you of your appointment. You can then go in and see previous services and rebook future appointments straight from the app. No more confusion on what to book and you can check how long ago your last service was.
